How are things at Rangers?

It’s been going well, bad result past 2 weeks, lets get it back together and go on to win the league.


What has been the game you have enjoyed the most since you joined the club?

3 – 2 win over Aylesbury in the cup, very competitive game


What's your greatest wish for 2007?

Win the league.


Which coach has had the greatest influence on you career to date?

Stephen Doran, excellent coach, very intelligent and smashing player.


How would you describe what has happened in your own career over the last year?

Very quiet as I have not achieved anything except Bitch Of The Year.


What do you consider your best qualities as a footballer?

Intelligent, good passer and good engine.


What do you consider to be your best position?

Probably centre midfield.


Have you always played in centre midfield?

No, I have played everywhere apart from goalie and forward.


Is there any part of your game that you would still like to improve?

Heading and scoring goals.


What is your earliest footballing memory?

Playing on the road as a kid.


Do you have any footballing heroes?

Eric Cantona.


If you could choose any moment in your career, what would be the best?

Playing in Scotland with Colaiste Ide, it was nice to taste a professional environment.


Why do you think palmerstown are currently enjoying the best period in their history?

Lads are fitter and focussed.


What do you remember about your time with the CIE Ranch?

Excellent training, some amazing players, and much tougher and faster players.


Do you still follow CIE Ranch results?

Yes, I look out for them.


Was it difficult to leave CIE Ranch?

Not really as I was not playing in the last few weeks.


What’s the best goal you’ve scored in your career?

If I scored goals I could answer that.


Your best game in a Rangers shirt?

I don’t remember a best game for Rangers.


Who is the most difficult opponent you have faced so far this season?

The two midfielders off Aylesbury, quick, strong and intelligent


What are the main differences have you found between the LSL and AUL football?

LSL standard was much better; teams were organised and far fitter.


You’ve played with two centre midfielders this season, Keith Donegan and Danny Doheney. How do they compare?

Very different players, Keith likes to dribble, Danny likes to get into the space between midfield and forwards.


Which player in world football would you most like to star alongside?

Zinedine Zidane.


Who was the first person that had faith in you as a player?

Brendan Fields, U15 Manager of Beechpark FC.


The best team you have have played against with rangers?

Dingle Utd.


Has Danny Quinn changed at all during your time working under him, and does he treat you any differently now that you're one of the team's more experienced players?

He is a good man, he loves the team, he treats everybody the same.


What do you want to accomplish in football?

Enjoy it and try to be successful, as I get older I realise enjoyment comes first, otherwise I would stop playing.


What has been your greatest disappointment in football?

Not coming off the bench away to Bray Wanderers.


What's the best thing about playing for rangers?

We are top of the league and a great bunch of lads.
